Communications Coordinator (Casual) - News Corp We are currently recruiting a Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic Group Communications team. Reporting to our Senior PR Manager, you will support the execution of PR strategies, manage key media relationships, and assist with day-to-day communications tasks that keep our brand at the forefront of the industry.

Your responsibilities: Maintain image folders and supply requested images via Box links for press releases and media distribution across Foxtel Group brands. Manage Media Room for uploading and distributing screeners to media across BINGE and Foxtel. Assist in creating and listing the BINGE Highlights guide. Support the team in collating and creating post-campaign wraps across all Foxtel Group brands. Provide end-to-end support for events, including compiling invite lists, tracking RSVPs, managing Zkipster invites, and influencer outreach/red carpet assistance. Assist in managing talent schedules for tours/junkets, including travel, HMU, accommodation, and logistics, as well as internal talent logistics (e.g., Fox Sports, LifeStyle). Assist publicists with targeted pitching across Foxtel Group as requested by project leads. Help publicists distribute press releases and alerts as needed. Coordinate VIP subscriptions for Foxtel platforms (Foxtel, Foxtel Now, BINGE, Kayo Sports). Manage BAU media releases, send screeners, handle imagery and interview requests, and manage international junket nominations for Tier B titles. Work with lead publicists on local productions, including editorial shoots, press junkets, and coverage. Maintain media lists, social diary movements, talent bios, manage the team inbox, and handle media inquiries. About your experience: Prior experience in PR, communications, or media-related fields (internship or entry-level experience is welcome), ideally within Media & Entertainment industry. Storytelling and editorial expertise: We're looking for someone who consumes and engages with the media and culture on a daily basis, loves to talk about it, write about it and share it with others. Attention to detail: You are juggling a lot of balls but you are able to ensure no stone is left unturned. Project management expertise, you'll have the skills to manage campaigns/projects. Highly organised and accountable, you are self-motivated, possess integrity and able to work autonomously across multiple teams. Publicity and talent experience, understands how to navigate the world of publicity from talent to schedules to interviews to junkets. A note to recruitment agencies: We have this role covered.
