The
Communications and Change Advisor
plays a crucial role in coordinating and delivering internal strategic communication initiatives. This position supports the Enterprise Change Management team by ensuring that all communications to internal stakeholders are tailored, high-quality, and fit for purpose. The Advisor will develop communication strategies and collateral to support step-changes and promote understanding across the organisation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys contributing at various levels of an organisation, loves delivering outcomes and embodies a 'can-do' flexible mindset.
With a Hybrid split (Office/WFH),
this role is based in Southbank and is part of the People Enablement team, within People & Safety.
This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to:
Develops and delivers a strategic communication roadmap across the enterprise.
Supports the Change Management Leads to deliver employee communications to support business objectives.
Develop clear, compelling messaging tailored to different stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment, timely delivery, and consistency across all channels.
Develop content in line with the strategic communications plan, including factsheets, learning bites, presentations, emails, and intranet updates.
Track and measure the effectiveness of communication and change management initiatives, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
You don't need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of:
Desirable Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organisational Development or related field.
Demonstrated experience in communications and ideally change management.
Demonstrated stakeholder management and engagement to all organisational levels.
Extensive experience in developing and implementing strategic communication plans and providing advice in a complex and changing environment.
Proficient in using communication and project management tools including Microsoft and Sharepoint.
