About the Role:
As our Communications & Engagement Manager, you will take the lead in crafting and executing our internal and external communications strategy.
From copywriting and media relations to event coordination and strategic partnerships, you will ensure that EEL's message is consistent, engaging, and impactful.
Your work will foster brand loyalty, enhance the parent and child experience, and build lasting relationships that improve retention rates.
Key Responsibilities: Communication Strategy: Partner with the Marketing Director to develop and implement strategies that raise awareness, boost enrolments, and strengthen both family and educator loyalty.Content Creation: Craft engaging, original content across blogs, handbooks, and other platforms, keeping our messaging consistent and aligned with EEL's values.Event Leadership: Plan and coordinate events such as educational workshops and webinars that spotlight EEL's role as a leader in early childhood education.Media Relations: Build and nurture relationships with media outlets to secure impactful coverage and position EEL as a thought leader in the field.Partnerships: Identify and develop collaborations with influencers, educational institutions, and other organisations to expand EEL's reach.Brand Management: Drive initiatives that enhance EEL's reputation and ensure cohesive branding across all platforms.Digital Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist to align communication strategies with digital campaigns, ensuring a unified voice. About You:
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
You bring 7+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or public relations, with a demonstrated ability to create compelling content.
You have experience in both traditional and digital communication channels, as well as event planning and management.
You have a track record of building and nurturing partnerships with media outlets and influencers.
