What role will you play? In this role, you will apply your experience of effective communication and engagement strategies, to develop and deliver innovative and engaging multimedia content across varied channels for internal and external audiences. You will work closely with stakeholders from across our Technology Group and Macquarie.
You will play a key role in identifying content opportunities, support Group and business-wide engagement initiatives, analyse content performance and use insights to drive future communications and engagement activities. In addition, you will develop timely and compelling content for internal audiences including town halls, internal updates, scripts, presentations, digital screens and videos. You will also support content development for external communication such as our Engineering blog, people stories and social media channels as well as identifying scalable content opportunities, drafting articles and developing digital assets that increase engagement internally and externally.
What you offer 2-5 years' experience within communications roles and have obtained an undergraduate degree in a communications or business discipline Excellent written communication skills with creative flair and a theoretical understanding of brand and tone Experience managing the production of collateral to tight deadlines and confidence to propose and deliver your ideas, creating engaging, relevant content that aligns with strategic objectives An understanding of user experience and design Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels Strong Microsoft Office skills desired, Adobe (including) Premiere Pro and iMovie helpful We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.
