The Lardner, on-site restaurant, offers daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all crafted from locally sourced ingredients. Additionally, Mantra Lorne proudly houses the largest residential conference venue in regional Victoria, accommodating groups of up to 600 guests for bespoke corporate and private events. Purpose As our Commis Chef, you will play a pivotal role in our team, learning from our experienced senior chefs, showcasing your unwavering love for food, creative spark, and strong teamwork abilities collaborating to create dishes that leave a lasting impression.
