Job Description WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Prepare mis-en place as required Participate in creating various exciting menu items Ensure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure all equipment is maintained Qualifications YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE: Trade qualified (minimum Certificate III Commercial Cookery) and have relevant experience in a similar role A genuine passion for food and displaying very high standards of production and presentation A working understanding of and the ability to maintain food safety standards Excellent communication skills The capacity to multi task and cope well under pressure Availability to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends and Public Holidays as per our business demands.
