We are searching for a motivated Commercial and Strategy Manager to join our Crew and support regional leadership in developing and executing key strategic initiatives. In this role, you will be the link between Product, Strategy, and Market Leads, working to quantify the impact of our product pipeline and integrate these insights into our consolidated three-year plan across various Markets. You will be a champion of continuous improvement to elevate operational efficiency, and financial transparency and performance. Individual AccountabilitiesSupport the President by partnering with Regional Leadership to deliverconsolidated 3 year strategic plan and prioritising resources to achieve financial targetsEnable cross functional strategic initiatives for the Markets (global CMS, Signage BU, product refresh cycle, BD strategy, new product strategy, pricing) by preparing and maintaining financial models, gathering relevant data ensuring its accuracy and supporting the cross-functional teams on execution.Partnering with the commercial team to drive commercial outcomes from customer negotiation through to contract signing, and own the Regions pricing review to maximise margin and ensure global alignment when relevantIn partnership with Regional Leadership, identify opportunities for cost optimisation and drive operational efficiencies via continuous improvement of market specific business processes across the International Markets.
