We are searching for a motivated Commercial and Strategy Manager to join our Crew and support regional leadership in developing and executing key strategic initiatives. In this role, you will be the link between Product, Strategy, and Market Leads, working to quantify the impact of our product pipeline and integrate these insights into our consolidated three-year plan across various Markets. You will be a champion of continuous improvement to elevate operational efficiency, and financial transparency and performance. Individual AccountabilitiesSupport the President by partnering with Regional Leadership to deliverconsolidated 3 year strategic plan and prioritising resources to achieve financial targetsEnable cross functional strategic initiatives for the Markets (global CMS, Signage BU, product refresh cycle, BD strategy, new product strategy, pricing) by preparing and maintaining financial models, gathering relevant data ensuring its accuracy and supporting the cross-functional teams on execution.Partnering with the commercial team to drive commercial outcomes from customer negotiation through to contract signing, and own the Regions pricing review to maximise margin and ensure global alignment when relevantIn partnership with Regional Leadership, identify opportunities for cost optimisation and drive operational efficiencies via continuous improvement of market specific business processes across the International Markets. (Unpack shared service allocation to find efficiency or increase the impact of cost allocation)Analyse business performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Partner with GM and CFO to set targets for 12 month and 3 year plan for the RegionOwnership of preparing the forecasts including identifying and managing risk and opportunity identification to ensure delivery of short-term profitSupporting Finance in delivering financial projects as directed by GMRepresentInternational Markets in Global BI and Global processimprovement projects, owning change management for regionManage the Regions planning cycle – annual budget, 3 year plan, periodic reforecastTake a continuous improvement approach to improve accuracy and accountabilityQualifications and Skill Requirements5-7+ years commercial experience within a business planning, finance, risk and procurementRelevant industry experience within a fast paced companySkilled at providing commercial and business POVs, creativity and human insightsProficient in financial modelling, forecasting and using ERP systems and modern data toolsForward thinking, proactive and ability to influence senior stakeholdersExcellent verbal and written communicate skillsAbility to work across teamsIs curious, strategic and analyticalAdvanced capability in excel & PowerPointCan work across matrix organisationsExcellent analytical skills and business acumenAbility to change gears quickly from low level detail to guide strategic decision makingSelf starterAbout Coates We are industry leaders who have won awards and set records.
