Commercial Specialist - Procurement Expert

Procurement and Contract Administration Role Full-time Opportunity Randstad is currently working with a key client in the construction industry, responsible for a high-profile project in the energy sector. Due to growth and the drive to deliver outcomes, they are seeking multiple Commercial Specialists for roles in regional Australia. A full relocation package is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities: Tender Administration: Preparation, issue, evaluation, recommendation, and award of tenders.Commercial Issue Management: Review and management of commercial issues throughout the tender process.Stakeholder Relationships: Instigate and sustain mutually beneficial stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively with project managers, procurement, and finance.Procurement Support: Assist procurement with sourcing, approach to market, and negotiation.Supplier Management: Ensure suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders are adhering to high levels of delivery.Requirements: Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in business or a related field are beneficial but not essential.Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in post-tender contract administration, and ongoing contracts and supplier relationship management from either a legal, commercial, or procurement background.Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to provide guidance to stakeholders.Negotiation Skills: Negotiation abilities and track record of working collaboratively to achieve successful project delivery.Relocation: The ability to relocate with full financial support to do so.You will join a dynamic team and have the opportunity to work on projects that truly add value.
