We are currently seeking an experienced and driven NDIS Business Development Manager to join our Adelaide team. This role will be pivotal in supporting our member pharmacies to grow their NDIS businesses.
Position Summary:
As the NDIS Business Development Manager, you will spearhead efforts to boost foot-traffic and sales of NDIS products, consumables, and specialized equipment across six pharmacies in South Australia. Your role will involve forging and nurturing key local B2B referral connections to drive sales and enhance customer engagement. A background in business development and sales, coupled with knowledge of NDIS products, is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategies to meet NDIS growth targets for member pharmacies.
Sales and Relationship Management: Lead marketing and business development initiatives for NDIS products, focusing on both B2B and B2C sales channels. Build and sustain strong B2B relationships and referral partnerships within each pharmacy's local catchment.
Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the NDIS sector, and develop strategies to address market needs.
Communication and Collaboration: Communicate the value of NDIS products effectively within Healthy Collective and to member pharmacies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support delivery.
Reporting and Documentation: Track and report on sales performance and client feedback. Maintain accurate records of interactions and market insights.
Role Requirements:
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the NDIS sector or a related field.
Strong understanding of NDIS processes, products, and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of pharmacy operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
Demonstrated success in selling NDIS products and equipment in both wholesale and retail settings.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships.
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field (preferred).
Relevant professional certifications or training in NDIS or sales management (preferred).
Working Conditions:
Full-time position (preferred) based in Adelaide.
Regular field visits and travel required to member pharmacies and B2B referral connections.
