Operating from a network of stores, trade centres, frame and truss sites, and online, Bunnings caters for consumer and commercial customers.By joining our passionate and diverse team, you will have the opportunity to grow, develop, have fun and make a positive difference – to our customers and the communities where we live and work.We are seeking an experienced B2B marketing manager with a proven track record in developing and implementing commercial marketing programs to join our Bunnings Marketing Team.About the RoleAs the Commercial Services & Segments Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the marketing strategy and positioning of the Commercial Services & Segments division of the business, which includes the specialty trades segments across trade, builders and organisations (business) within the Bunnings Trade portfolio.The main purpose of the role is to drive sales and build brand equity for Bunnings Trade by promoting key initiatives such as 134 TRADE, Whole of Build, Supply and Install, Builders' Showrooms, create sales enablement material for account managers and business development managers, promote key business industry segments and association partnerships, Frame & Truss, as well as advertise and support trade events and community partnerships across AU & NZ.This role will work closely with the senior commercial leaders to identify and develop key growth strategies for Bunnings Trade and implement advertising plans to promote these strategies. You will need to provide regular updates and conduct future planning and feedback sessions to drive the Trade business forward.This role provides direction and guidance to the marketing specialists, overseeing the development of B2B sales enablement programs, promoting new products and services to key segments, leading agency briefs and assisting with the planning and execution of brand campaigns across Bunnings Trade commercial segments.Additionally, you will utilise your strong understanding of outputs from customer research and insights and turn these insights into actionable customer and marketing plans, as well as utilise your strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and content development to support an ambitious commercial growth plan.About YouJoining a dynamic and innovative team, you are a strategic, outcome-driven, and creative marketing leader.
