Best Fit, the recruitment division of Ignite Purpose, is excited to partner with a premier client in the flooring industry to recruit a dynamic and dedicated Commercial Sales Representative for Queensland based in Brisbane. To be successful in this appointment, you do not need flooring experience. You simply need to have experience in selling design products (Taps, counters, lighting, etc) and the willingness to learn about the beautifully designed range of vinyl flooring. 
About the Role As the Commercial Sales Representative-Queensland, you will play a crucial role in supporting the State Sales Manager-Queensland to achieve state sales budgets, manage inventory orders, and develop commercial sales opportunities. You will also be responsible for preparing and submitting management reports, budgets, and tenders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Key Responsibilities Assist in achieving state sales and gross margin budgets.Manage inventory orders in line with projected requirements.Develop commercial sales opportunities as per budgets and strategic direction.Prepare and submit commercial sales management reports and month-end management reporting.Assist in the preparation of state commercial sales budgets for review and approval.Compile and disseminate commercial sales reports accurately and timely.Prepare tenders and formal submissions for commercial specifications, adhering to company standards.Key Challenges Ensure full support to the State Sales Manager-Queensland.Represent the company professionally in all client meetings and presentations.Foster cooperative relationships with key personnel to further company objectives.Achieve commercial sales budgets.Align the development of commercial sales with overall business objectives.Selection Criteria Qualifications and Experience Solid experience in the flooring industry.Experience in product presentations to potential customer groups.Experience in preparation and submission of formal tenders.Key Attributes Commercial acumen.Strong presentation skills.Strong organisational skills.Team player.Good analytical skills.Well-developed interpersonal skills.Why Join Us?
