Poised for growth the team are seeking like-minded property professionals with experience in commercial sales and/ or leasing, to join them.
With access to industry leading technology and an established knowledge base, you will have the opportunity to work with leading clients at a local level.
About the Role: Pursue sales and leasing opportunities Preparation of appraisals, submissions and information memorandums Inspections, marketing and listing of all new properties Execution of property transactions Liaising with Sellers, Buyers, Landlords and Tenants Negotiating terms and conditions of sales and leasing agreements on behalf of clients Performing comparative market research and analysis Building and maintaining strong client relationships Delivering exceptional customer service Providing strategic advice to clients Developing and fostering a strong market presence About you: You hold a current WA Sales Registration, with a proven track record in commercial real estate sales and leasing and have a strong understanding of the WA market.
Professionally presented, you will be client focused, solution oriented, and like to have fun at work.
Your strong collaborative drive and passion for this dynamic industry will set you apart from other applicants.
