Operating out of a modern, stunning office in the heart of Western Sydney with a fantastic team culture, this is a position for a Sales & Leasing Administrator to join a team with an innovative vision.
The Role:
Property marketing from building weblinks & signboards to launching properties on the web
Preparing marketing quotes & schedules for new listings - Reconciling marketing expenses & assist in property campaigns running smoothly
Agent marketing including using creativity to come up with ideas outside the box
Assisting with social media management for the office accounts
Typing up sales advices and leases
Sales & leasing admin support to the directors
Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff
Assisting with any other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the office
Candidate:
No Experience necessary just the willingness to learn
Must be passionate about what they do and happy to go above & beyond in their role
Must have excellent communication skills both written & verbal
Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and use checklists efficiently
Willing to obtain certificate of registration
