You'll be working alongside people you can learn from, you'll grow and develop in a fun, supportive environment.What will I do on a day-to-day basis?This role primarily focuses on developing key client relationships and generating leads across the A&D community to exceed your monthly sales target.Relationship management and developmentSeek out and develop business opportunities with key stakeholders across the built environmentDevelop your own account sales strategy in line with National sales planImplement strategies to develop client relationships that convert and grow revenue within new & existing client baseAttend industry and networking events to successfully build your sales pipelineOversee all touch points of the sales process from quotation to deliveryDeliver and be accountable for an up-to-date weekly sales leads prospect report to ensure accurate reporting within the businessWhat do I need to be successful in this role?4 years' commercial sales experiencePassion for Design and FurnitureTertiary qualification in Interior Design (preferred)Skilled relationship builderExisting industry contactsAs an inclusive, team-first company, our people are at the core of everything we do.
