Commercial / Residential Property Manager

Our client have been Australia's number 1 Property Management Agency 4 years running due to employing people with a can-do and dedicated attitude.Due to company growth, our client are looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a mixed portfolio of Commercial and Residential properties.

The Role: Managing a portfolio of properties both Residential & Commercial properties Effectively liaise with landlords and tenants Resolving all repairs and maintenance issues Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections Carry out regular rent and lease reviews Liaisons with landlords and Tenants Arrears control To be considered you will have the following: Strong knowledge and at least 2 years of Property Management experience Certificate of Registration Immaculate presentation and strong communication skills Enthusiasm and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and communication both written and verbal Benefits:
