Reporting to the Head of Customer Service, your key duties will include:
Due to dynamic company growth, a new opportunity has become available at TTI for an experienced Commercial Relationship Manager to drive portfolio growth across a number of our key small to medium sized customers.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Service, and working in close collaboration with the Commercial team, this role ensures the consistent sharing of customer feedback on the customer and product experience and maintaining competitor activity to maintain our competitive advantage edge and meet the quarterly and annual sales targets for commercial brands.
What your day today looks like: Lead Generation: Working closely with the Commercial team to identify and generate new commercial customer leads and sale opportunities. Account Acquisition: Provides quotations and closes out sales across new commercial accounts, grows existing accounts, and provides ongoing after-sales support. Customer Account Management: Triages customer accounts, centralises quoting activities and provides warranty and spare parts support. Product Knowledge: Maintains up to date knowledge on current promotional and product information. Business Partnership: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across TTI to understand their needs, provide guidance, and support the commercial objectives. What you will bring to the role: Prior Call Centre experience in the trade sales industry, with a focus on small to medium sized businesses. Superior Stakeholder management skills and the ability to deal with multiple and different customers and team members. Exceptional alignment to the customer needs through strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues calmly and efficiently. Strong attention to detail in data entry and keeping customer accounts up to date. Prior experience with a CRM; SalesForce most advantageous. Proven ability to value add in existing accounts, helping to drive conversion for new and existing accounts. Passionate about all things trade!
