About Your Role:
As a Commercial Property Manager, you'll dive into a role that's both challenging and rewarding. Your responsibilities will include:
Cultivating strong relationships with tenants and landlords, addressing inquiries effectively Conducting thorough Property Inspections Coordinating contractors to handle various work orders for clients Ensuring efficient management of rental arrears and resolution Handling lease reviews and renewals through effective negotiation Generating financial reports, including budgets and annual reconciliations Precisely managing landlord and tenant property-related documents Crafting new management submissions About You:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
Relevant experience in commercial property management Ideally, a Bachelor of Business (Property) or equivalent A valid and current Agents Representative license/Certificate of Registration (or the ability to obtain one before starting) Exceptional communication skills and keen attention to detail Proven ability in managing stakeholder relationships Strong organisational and administrative skills Sound financial acumen A valid driver's license Experience with Cirrus8 Property Accounting Software is highly regarded Benefits:
