About the Role The role will include:
Transactional commercial and property matters including:acting on all aspects of large scale residential, industrial and commercial developments; acting for all stakeholders in respect of the sale and purchase of assets (including businesses, shares and real property); drafting and advising on Retail and Commercial Leases and other licencing arrangements;advising both Owners Corporations and individual owners in Strata Schemes; andproviding general corporate advisory;Commercial and property litigation matters, including building and construction, corporate, debt recovery and property interest disputes; andAbout You To be successful in this role, you will require:
Experience in commercial and/or property law;Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, colleagues and other industry professionals; Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate, concise and individually tailored documents are delivered within required timeframes; Ability to work collaboratively in a small, supportive, close-knit team; andA genuine interest to develop your skills and grow with the business.
