Commercial Property Lawyer

The Firm & The Role
Our client is a major law firm, and they are looking to appoint a real estate lawyer at the 1 to 4 year pae level.
This role has come about due to growth.
This role will see you working in a leading commercial property team and one of the 'go to' teams in NSW.
The work will be a mix of commercial property, leasing, major projects, commercial conveyancing, sales & acquisitions, easements.

You will be given responsibility, deal with clients so you can develop relationships from day 1 and be given stimulating work so you can accelerate your learning.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 1 to 4 years pae experience in the area of commercial/property law Strong technical, drafting and writing skills Strong attention to detail Interpersonal skills Open and fluent communication skills Ability to work in a committed and busy team as well as autonomously Ambition, drive, enthusiasm Culture & Benefits
