The role will involve providing advice and assistance in all aspects of Property Law, Commercial Contracts, and Estate Planning, including:
Corporate and Commercial Real Estate and Development Commercial and Retail Leasing Building and Construction Commercial Litigation and insolvency/Reconstruction Wills and Estates Elder Law The Firm Although located in the suburbs (Southside), our client has a very strong reputation representing clients for many years in the retail and commercial sector. About You The ideal candidate for this Commercial Property Lawyer role will have:
4+ years PAE with experience in a private practice firm. Experience in sales and acquisitions, leasing transactions, and general property matters. Excellent file management and organizational skills.
