The Role: We are seeking a Commercial/Property Lawyer with 3-5 years of relevant post-admission experience. The successful candidate will join our great team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Skills and Experience: A current practising certificate. A law degree and at least 3-5 years of relevant post-admission experience. Sound knowledge of commercial and property law. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. A commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients. Comfort in working across various software systems. A commitment to our values – respect, integrity, growth, professionalism and communication. Responsibilities: Providing legal advice and representation to clients in commercial and property law matters. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and leases. Conducting legal research and analysis. Managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Participating in business development activities and contributing to the growth of the firm.
