The purpose of this role is to manage and support our property claims, end to end, and provide exceptional customer services to our clients and customers through proactive clams management.Process all claims within your delegated authority;Meet, if not exceed, claim deadline as per our service level agreement;Ensure compliance with relevant service agreements and Codes; andProvide exceptional customer service to our clients.
