The Job
We are recruiting for a Commercial Partnership Manager to provide valuable partnership management and to identify, negotiate and secure suitable office tower partnership opportunities for the VMO Work business.
Key responsibilities include:
Establish an excellent rapport with all existing and future concessional partners to ensure client relationships are maintained to a high professional standard of service.
Identify suitable new digital location opportunities through secured partnerships and your own network contacts.
Identify and secure suitable national commercial office towers with a strong multi-corporate tenancy.
Manage the process of preparing all financial overviews, site submissions, securing appropriate financial outcomes for the partnership, negotiation, release, and follow-up of all associated administrative duties.
Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure efficient communication during the installation process of our digital screens and ensure our concessional partners are satisfied with the outcome and final product, with all contract requirements fulfilled and relevant documentation provided to the client.
Support the Commercial Director with new business development opportunities and objectives and the day-to-day running of this business.
Who are we looking for?

We are ideally looking for someone with:
A demonstrated record of success in commercial relationships and involvement at a leadership level (5-10 years).
Experience in supporting and contributing to the development of a strong commercial culture and work ethos that focuses on deliverables in key activity areas.
Demonstrated expertise in prioritizing, goal setting, and delivering key outcomes within stated timelines, with strong time management skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and negotiation skills.
Ability to articulate clearly in presentations and formulate high-quality written correspondence and proposals.
Commitment, enthusiasm, and superior commercial judgment combined with well-developed interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
An active business network (highly desirable).
Real estate or property experience (desirable).
Media industry experience (desirable).
