ABOUT THE ROLE We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Commercial Operations Manager to join our Cotton On team. Reporting to the General Manager of Commercial Finance, you will oversee the milestone process to ensure it is effective in getting stock to market in a timely manner. You will assess and report on the global progress of each brand's strategies and drive the 3-year financial plan that reflects the Brand's and Countries strategies for future growth. You will also manage the trade and promotional calendar and collaborate with business leaders to create and maintain functional blueprints. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Demonstrated experience working in a retail environment and ideally exposed to buying, planning or supply chain functions. Confidence in your analytical skills to make high-impact insights and recommendations. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders. Self-motivated with great time management skills and high attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and coach a team to achieve results. Strong written presentation skills, ideally with frameworks or blueprints.
