About the role:This is an exciting role for a Commercial Operations Associate to support the business's back end processes and manage relationships with third-party suppliers.
The role requires a proactive individual who can handle backend administrative processes to ensure the smooth operation of various support functions.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, making this a critical business position.
What you'll be doing:Manage relationships with third party suppliers, contracts, and documentationUpdate systems, process purchase requisitions, and manage invoice paymentsSupport indirect purchasing from requisition to payment, including supplier creationAssist the Accounts Receivable team with any escalationsHandle monthly validation and invoicingCollaborate with other departments to ensure effective admin supportContribute to process improvement initiatives by providing suggestions and feedbackAd hoc tasks as requiredWhat you need:Experience in a similar roleStrong technical skills and confident using various systemsProficient in Excel and reporting toolsMedical Device or similar industry experienceStrong attention to detail, ability to work autonomously, and excellent organisational skillsFlexible and adaptable, with good problem-solving skillsCulture:A collaborative and supportive work culture where teamwork and communication are highly valued.
