Working collaboratively with growers, agronomists, and retailers, their products are ever-evolving in line with advancements and enhancements in both production efficiency and environmental sustainability.

Known in the industry as a supplier company "easy to do business with and a can-do attitude," they have a steady pipeline of products coming through to market, being on a growth trajectory.

The Role
There is now the vacancy for a Commercial Manager SA, to cover the key southern region of SA. Reporting to the SA State Manager (supporting you as needed), you will be driving the commercial activities within the territory to achieve targets of sales turnover, market share, profitability, product mix, and professionalism.

Using your background in agronomy and crop protection, you will build good customer relationships with rural resellers and distributors through proactive sales and marketing activities. There is an existing strong customer base in this large and productive territory who are engaged and supportive of the product range.

Skills And Attributes
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates will be required to demonstrate the following:
Ideally 5 years' experience in sales or marketing, within the agricultural sectorBackground in agronomy / farming and knowledge of crop protection productsRelationship building and account management skillsGood organisational and time management skillsSolid communication and interpersonal skills in a commercial environmentAppropriate university degree is preferredAgsafe accreditationThe role offers flexibility and autonomy in how you work, so you will possess the motivation and enthusiasm to succeed.
