Aussie Fluid Power is the leading hydraulic and process equipment specialist in Western Australia, headquartered in North Coogee.Our dynamic team is committed to excellence, innovation, and creating value for our clients.As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and strategic Commercial Manager to champion and support our commercial interests and drive our vision forward.Reporting to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include:Provide leadership in financial and commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Drive the business's data and digital journey, leveraging insights for decision-making.Negotiate terms and conditions (T&Cs) to achieve favourable outcomes.Develop pricing strategies for labour, equipment, and projects to maximise profitability.Lead the development and management of a Commercial Services Department, focusing on efficiency and value delivery.About YouStrong financial and commercial experience.Proven ability to manage change effectively.Strategic acumen with the ability to develop and execute impactful strategies.Digitally savvy with experience in driving data-driven decision-making.Resource market experience, particularly in the mining or oil and gas sectors.Leadership and management capabilities, with a focus on collaboration and innovation.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Commerce, Business, or similar).About UsOur team consists of a wide range of experienced professionals, many of whom have been with the business for many years, a testament to our people and culture.We work with some of the biggest companies across the biggest projects in Australia.Having established ourselves in the oil and gas and mining sectors, we have grown across a number of industries including renewables, marine and general industry.Aussie Fluid Power is part of Questas Group.
