OverviewMission Critical Recruitment are seeking a talented Commercial Manager to work on site at one of the largest data centre construction projects in the Southern Hemisphere, worth well over $1bn.
Leading client relationships from a contractual perspective, you'll ensure contract compliance from all stakeholders; you'll develop commercial systems and standards across this and other data centre projects; you'll undertake consistent analysis regarding performance; assess and advise on risk scenarios; and assist in the development of procurement strategies.

Key Requirements10+ years working for general contractor/buildersExtensive experience in the delivery of high value, technically complex projects with complex contractual agreementsExpert knowledge of contract law and construction legislationStrong understanding of formal contract dispute managementEnjoys being present and visible on siteStrong communication skills and client relationship managementThis is a unique opportunity to be involved in a high profile capacity on a groundbreaking data centre construction project.
