Commercial Manager

Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Full time Commercial roles in infra, utilities, renewables Randstad Australia's procurement, contracts & supply chain are currently recruiting multiple senior commercial specialists for our long term clients in utilities, infrastructure and resources. You will work on significant projects, with professional, well-resourced teams and tier 1 long term contracting partners.
Your new role: Post-execution commercial and contracts management including adherence to SLAs Overseeing claims, variations and other contracts administration with the support of a CA Negotiation of terms with tier 1 partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes Partnering with project teams ensuring integration and maintaining relationships with organisations with respected and mature commercial teams Requirements: End to end delivery experience supporting the whole contract lifecycle Candidates with a background in commercial or contracts management, asset management, procurement or a legal background will all be considered Experience with a variety of contracting models including pain/gain, master service agreements, Bill of Quantities and Schedule of Rates If you are seeking a permanent or contract role (day rate) with key employers in Adelaide in infrastructure, utilities and resources, reach out to Randstad's specialist recruiter in procurement and contracts, Rachel Homer via LinkedIn or on 8150 7034.
