Commercial Manager Asset Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager for a contract role (30-Month duration), on behalf of our client, a major EPCM company. This role is part of an Infrastructure project in Adare, Co. Limerick
Work Location: This role requires traveling to the site (Limerick) at least 6 days per month.
Project Overview The Design and Construction of the proposed Adare Bypass includes:
• Approximately 10 km of motorway, which is new construction and/or widening of the existing road, from Croagh to M20 at Attyflin.
• Approximately 2 km of realignment of existing National, Regional and Local roads.
Desirable Requirements • A recognized Level 8 qualification in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
• Chartered Quantity Surveyor.
• 15 years+' experience in the commercial management of major Civil Engineering projects.
• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor on a public road project, at construction, with a construction value of at least €40 million (ex VAT).
• Experience in NEC ECC option C.
