In this influential position, you will: Develop and implement innovative commercial strategies to maximise the performance and profitability of our commercial assets.Deliver high-level strategic guidance and support to Council on all matters related to commercial assets and procurement.Inspire and guide the Commercial Services team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.If you are a results-driven leader with a passion for achieving exceptional outcomes, we want to hear from you!
About You A tertiary degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Economics or related field.Extensive experience in the preparation of technical internal and external reports relating to commercial advice and business analysis.Excellent financial modelling, analytical, and forecasting skills, with a focus on ROI analysis.Strong background in managing and optimising asset portfolios.Demonstrated ability to communicate complex, sensitive and strategic issues to a variety of stakeholders.Demonstrated team/project management skills including the ability to successfully coordinate multiple strategic projects.Experience and knowledge in strategic procurement, supply and contract management practises would be highly regarded.Experience and knowledge of Fleet Management practises is desirable.Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountants (CA) membership (desired).To view the Position Description for this role, please click here.
