Job Description

This could be your opportunity to move from Senior CA TO Commercial Manager. An award-winning builder is looking for a natural leader to manage the contract administration team and collaborate with the rest of the construction and design teams to deliver high-quality projects.

Challenging Role
This is a broad and challenging role with responsibilities across all financial management, project reporting, contract management, and project planning.

Your Experience So Far
You will need to have 10 years of experience as a CA within the mid-tier or developer space.
Be a natural leader.
Exceptional knowledge and experience with construction contracts and financial management.

This is a rare opportunity to move into the Commercial Management space within an established organization.
