About your new role:
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the core overview of this position is to deliver in-depth analysis, support the business strategy and become the trusted advisor to the business.
The tasks assigned to this position include:
Provide strong finance support and business partnering to the Divisional General Manager and State ManagersBusiness planning including budgeting & forecasting, reviewing key business performance with key stakeholders, ad hoc analysis as required, financial planning, reporting.Provide meaningful analysis and insights to the business to support the growth and strategy planPartner with the line managers, providing value added insights and analysis for decision support to support their individual objectivesDrive process improvement initiatives, with a focus on driving standardization in finance and administration processes and controls across the organizationAbout you:
• Experience having performed a similar Commercial or FP&A role working for another fast-paced large company (listed or multinational)
• You will be an energetic and natural communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with business leaders and with those who have a non-financial background;
• Engage with others collaboratively, and work to a high standard with accuracy and deliver on time;
• Enjoy working as part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment dealing with multiple stakeholders.
