Based in South Brisbane/North Gold Coast and working across two sites, you will report directly to the State Finance Manager.Duties:Prepare divisional Profit and Loss Accounts and Balance Sheets.Collaborate with Plant Managers on key operational tasks.Participate in monthly stocktakes.Travel throughout QLD to ensure compliance at manufacturing locations.Coordinate weekly profit forecasts for submission to head office.Lead and mentor finance staff for accuracy and compliance.Partner with stakeholders to prepare the Annual Budget.Assist in preparing Statutory Accounts and ensure local compliance.Support ad hoc reporting and special projects.Work with Auditors on financial and internal audits.Review financial insights for major capital proposals and Board papers.To Be Successful, You Will Need:Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent.CA or CPA qualified.Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in manufacturing.Strong operational mindset with excellent influencing skills.Exceptional time management and organisational abilities.Keen attention to detail and a strong work ethic.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Culture and Benefits:This position offers a unique chance to join a prestigious organisation that values its employees.
