We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper with advanced MYOB skills to join our office in Brisbane.
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in our friendly environment. You will be a key player in ensuring our business runs smoothly by keeping accurate financial records and supporting administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll using MYOB. Prepare Payroll Tax, IAS, BAS, and superannuation processing. Monitor cash flow, manage budgets, and prepare financial reports for management. General office duties, answering phones and client correspondence. Manage content for the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, and website. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors regarding invoices, payments, and other business matters. Provide support to the management team with ad hoc financial, SWMS and WHS requirements and administrative tasks. Qualifications and Skills: Strong organisational skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong bookkeeping skills, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable and reconciliation with advanced MYOB experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication skills for liaising with customers, suppliers and team members. A team player who can work efficiently with excellent time management skills; must be self-motivated and reliable. Experience in the glass or construction industry (desirable but not essential).
