Job Summary: Manage a wide range of commercial litigation matters as part of our dynamic Dispute Resolution team.Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients, fostering strong relationships.Prepare legal documents, negotiate on behalf of clients, and represent them in court and alternative dispute resolution processes.Assess risks and develop effective strategies for resolution.Actively participate in business development initiatives and mentor junior team members.Collaborate with senior team members and contribute to the development of junior solicitors and trainees.Requirements: With ideally 3-6 years PQE in commercial litigation (although all applicants will be considered), you will have a wealth of experience in:
