The Role: The team is currently seeking a talented Lawyer with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience to join the Dispute Resolution & Litigation team. In this role, you will handle a diverse range of commercial disputes, mediations, and litigations, focusing on competition and consumer law matters, general commercial disputes, and regulatory investigations. You'll work closely with industry-leading partners and fellow litigators in a collaborative environment, gaining invaluable experience and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities: Manage complex commercial litigation matters from start to finish, including court appearances, mediations, and negotiations. Conduct thorough legal research and provide insightful advice to clients. Prepare pleadings, submissions, and other court documents with precision and attention to detail. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues. Mentor and support junior staff members to foster their professional growth. Ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures. Skills & Experience: 2-4 years of experience in commercial litigation within a reputable law firm.
