Commercial Litigation Lawyer

NEW ROLE to market; assist this newly appointed Partner with her practice; assist with Trademark registrations (Aust & international); WFH; 3-5 years experience required.
ResponsibilitiesIP/trademark disputes (litigious and non-litigious)Extended hearing periodsSkills & Experience You will be a commercial litigation lawyer at the 3-5 year level who enjoys a boutique environment – and acting in all jurisdictions (Local, District, Supreme and Federal).
This role involves engaging in a broad range of practice areas, including litigious and non-litigious contract disputes, disputes involving claims and defences under the Corporations Act, partnership disputes, Director and shareholder rights, claims under the Australian Competition & Consumer Law, and defamation.
You will also be active in alternative dispute resolution, including attending mediations and settlement conferences in the interest of commerciality.
