Skills & responsibilities

You will be a Commercial Litigation lawyer at the 2-8 year level with top-tier experience who is smart, ambitious and passionate.

Your new role

Act on a range of general commercial litigation matters including for Corporations as well as Directors & Officers in securities claims and class actions, general corporate/financial services disputes; Regulatory investigations; civil penalty proceedings pursued by ASIC and other Regulators; and criminal prosecutions arising from alleged misconduct in financial markets.

Given the nature and size of the team, you will be involved in all aspects and be able to make a significant contribution to the outcome.
