Skills & ExperienceYou will be a commercial litigation lawyer at the 3-5 year level who enjoys a boutique environment - and acting in all jurisdictions (Local, District, Supreme and Federal).Your workSees you engaging in a broad range of practice areas you will act in the following - litigious and non-litigious contract disputes, disputes involving claims and defences under the Corporations Act, partnership disputes, Director and shareholder rights, claims under the Australian Competition & Consumer law and defamation.Be active in alternative dispute resolution including attending mediations and settlement conferences in the interest of commerciality.BenefitsWorking in a boutique, relaxed environment but with a top-tier salary.
