Commercial transactions+commercial litigation  -eg buying/selling businesses, business structures, advising on directors/shareholders issues, corporate restructures, joint ventures, licensing/distribution, intellectual property,franchising, employment law, debt recovery, trusts and general commercial contractual disputes; Construction law-eg advising/drafting building contracts,litigating construction disputes. are a lawyer admitted in NSW with minimum 3+ years' PAE experience (or MORE) in commercial law/commercial litigation (essential) AND construction law (preferable); have proven ability to highly autonomously manage your own files and clients from start to finish; are highly adaptable + client-centric+ hands-on+ proactive+ results-focused. are highly motivated, organized and can meet deadlines; have proven ability to work in a vibrant, busy+ fast-paced environment; are genuinely seeking a long-term dual career specializing in commercial and construction law.
