An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join our high performing Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Victoria.
This role will see you providing professional advice and representation to clients involved in commercial disputes. Matters can typically involve shareholder disputes, consumer law, insolvency litigation, and breach of contract disputes to only name a few. The work is varied and always commercial.
You will have direct client contact and key responsibility for managing a range of litigation and dispute resolution matters.
This is a great role for a Lawyer eager to progress their career within a law firm committed to personal growth. You will be supported and mentored by brilliant lawyers to refine your commercial litigation skills.
This position works between both our Dandenong and Melbourne offices.
ABOUT YOU
You will have:
Between 2-4 years PQE, practising in litigation and dispute resolution.
Excellent drafting skills in terms of correspondence, advices and court documents.
The ability to confidently engage with clients and witnesses for the purpose of taking instructions, explaining Court processes and preparing Court documents (e.g., affidavits and witness statements).
Outstanding attention to detail and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to excellence in client service.

The successful applicant will be required to undertake and satisfy a National Police Records Check.
