The role
You will have the opportunity to work in a well-established team in litigation and insolvency on matters involving:
insolvency matters such as liquidation, voluntary administration, bankruptcy and receivership.
misleading and deceptive conduct.
You'll have matter support from more junior lawyers and paralegals in the team as well as from the senior lawyers and the Principal who makes time for mentorship and training.
There is also the opportunity to work on front-end commercial matters to grow your skillset!
About you
The firm is looking for a 2yr+ PAE lawyer with experience working in commercial litigation or insolvency. Attention to detail, the ability to work well in teams and experience drafting pleadings and appearing in court is also highly valued.
