Commercial Legal Secretary | Temp Position | 2025 Expressions of InterestExpressions of Interest: Temporary Legal Secretary – Perth Based FirmWe are currently seeking a Temporary Legal Secretary for a boutique commercial law firm available on the following dates: February 17th to March 6th.This is a temp role, Monday to Thursday, from 9am to 4pm, offering the opportunity to support the firm's Commercial Litigation/Disputes Department. You will work closely with the team to ensure the smooth operation of their busy practice.Key Responsibilities: Diary management and schedulingPreparation of court documents and correspondenceTravel arrangements and coordinationClient liaison and handling enquiriesDictaphone typingManaging monthly billing processesPreparing legal briefsFile and matter managementAbout You:To excel in this temporary role, you will have previous experience in litigation, be highly organised, and have a proactive attitude. Strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
Requirements: A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a commercial law firmDemonstrated proficiency attending to a very busy billing environment, tech-savvy, with excellent attention to detail;Flexible approach, happy to take on both large and small tasks and collaborate with others.Reside in Perth, WA - this is not a remote work position.Hold full Australian working rights: Permanency or CitizenshipIf you're available for the above dates and have the required experience, we'd love to hear from you!
