This ASX-listed property group owns some of the biggest real estate in the property industry. With plans to ramp up their team, there is an opportunity available for an experienced candidate looking to join in Lease Administration for a 12x month FIXED TERM CONTRACT. 

The Role
The role will see you working with the Leasing & Asset Management team in ensuring the smooth flow of the lease administration process along with providing lease administration support to the entire Asset Management team.

Responsibilities Managing the lease administration workflow from HOA stage to lease commencement Review of Bank Guarantee and Insurance Lease negotiations Liaising with internal and external stakeholders Assisting in asset meetings and providing lease admin updates Monitor and track legal fees salesforce management The Ideal Candidate Must have strong experience in lease administration across Commercial Leases Competent using Microsoft Office Suite Deadline driven Strong attention to detail Please call Naomi Vilar on ********  for more information or email your CV to [email protected]
