About this opportunity...
Now available is an opportunity for a career focussed Commercial Lawyer to join their highly regarded Commercial law team and enjoy stability, working with quality clients and the support & assistance of a great team!
As a key player in the Commercial team you will further develop your expertise with the guidance and support from two Directors and one Special Counsel. You will work across a broad range of private client commercial work matters involving:
Mergers and acquisitions;
Contract preparation & review;
Capital raising & Finance;
Business partner disputes;
Franchising;
Shareholder agreements;
Transactions (sale of business or assets).
The ideal candidate will have:- Worked exclusively in Commercial law (minimum 12 months relevant commercial law experience up to 3 years PAE) within a recognised law practice or team of a larger firm;
Be a self-starter with an inclusive, pro-active team approach;
Highly developed communication skills (at all levels) with a strong focus on client service;
Ability to effectively manage a busy caseload and competing priorities; and
Eager to share knowledge, building your career & contributing to practice development.
