Role Description This is a full-time role for a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer.
The role involves drafting legal documents and providing legal advice on technology and telecommunications matters, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. 

Required Skills and Qualifications At least 4 years PQE Experience in private practice Excellent contract drafting skills A willingness to be part of a team and work collaboratively Ability to work autonomously when required Experience in contract negotiation and regulatory compliance Dispute resolution experience Strong communication and negotiation skills Admission to practice law in NSW The firm is focused not only on the success of our clients but also the success and well-being of the firm's staff!
