WHO YOU ARE As part of this progressive Commercial Transactions team, you will be mentored by a well-connected industry-leading Partner with a high-calibre support team.

Have a growth mindset! Are an admitted lawyer with at least 4 years PAE (or more up to Associate level) in commercial transactions; Have broad-ranging commercial transaction experience managing your own files; Have strong legal research, drafting, negotiation, and client-service skills; Are seeking to carve out a long-term career as a well-rounded commercial lawyer; Enjoy providing commercial legal advice on a diverse range of intellectually stimulating, challenging, and interesting commercial legal issues relating to but not limited to: Mergers & acquisitions, franchising, commercial contracts, debt recovery/insolvency, leases, loans, mortgages, intellectual property, employment law, construction law, and trade practices/consumer law.
