Commercial Lawyer | Property & Commercial Law

Join our client's dynamic Property & Commercial team. This role offers the chance to work with an esteemed group of professionals, managing commercial transactions and conveyancing matters across QLD & NSW.

Salary: Open to Negotiate ($100,000 to $150,000 DOE)

About the position:

Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join their growing Property & Commercial department. You will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of commercial matters, including:
Business purchases and sales, commercial leasing, and franchise agreements Shareholder and partnership agreements, loan agreements, and business structuring Occasional residential and commercial conveyancing, including off-the-plan matters As part of the team, you'll manage high-quality, detailed work and provide exceptional legal advice while contributing to the firm's reputation for excellence. The role also involves building strong relationships with referrers and clients, helping to grow the firm's commercial practice.

Key Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Law (Private Practice only) Strong communication and client relationship skills Proven ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines Experience in QLD and NSW property law is highly desirable Familiarity with LEAP software is a bonus but not essential On Offer:
