Commercial & Framework Manager Decarbonisation
Joining our team means you'll be part of something that really matters. As our Commercial & Framework Manager Decarbonisation, you will be based in Bentley and be responsible for the development of decarbonization commercial practices and frameworks to support and deliver decarbonization projects to recommend the future energy system across our regions, supporting a cleaner, greener future in consultation with our communities and stakeholders.

This is 3-year maximum term position.

Your role will include:
Lead the development and implementation of commercial frameworks and business improvement opportunities impacting the Decarbonisation program.Provide commercial and financial oversight and specialist advice and guidance to Decarbonisation project teams.Develop and implement program level procurement strategy and market assessment exercises including running relevant procurements aligned to program objectives.Lead and oversee development of strategic commercial and stakeholder engagement (including communications) work on behalf of the program as they relate to commercial activitiesLead indirect and direct reports to support business delivery of commercial inputs to project development phases.Provide knowledge sharing for broader project teams on commercial matters.Work to develop innovative financial and commercial and engagement models to support project developmentProvide inputs to business cases, funding processes and procurements to drive successful project deliverySupport the development of commercial negotiations in both land and project development teamsLead through change and in a high-pressure environment.Build strong networks at all levels to support collaboration across divisions and external stakeholders and agencies for commercial mattersYou will have: A bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, law or related field desirable.Commercial management and leadership experience including financial analysis, procurement, contracting, framework development.Knowledge of energy generation types, ownership and operating models desirable.Knowledge of energy and utility markets in Australia valuableModelling and analytical experience in a commercial environment.Our employees enjoy real rewards and recognition including: Working on impressive renewable energy projects across WAHelping to create a connected and thriving WAAn extensive rewards and recognition programAccess to our award-winning health and wellbeing programFlexible working arrangementsOur workplace culture is created through every interaction, every experience and everything we do.
